As you continue on this journey we call life, examine every single aspect of your behavior or the things you do in life to see where improvements can be made. If you make wrong turns and are forced to take detours, always know that you can turn around, come back and reexamine where you went wrong and work harder to get back on track. From a spiritual perspective, we know that faith without works is dead. Therefore, if my health is declining, I’m ignoring my mental health and I’ve forgotten about my spiritual life, no matter how much I pray about it, I must still work at it (James 2:20, NIV). Don’t lose sight, hope or faith and make efforts to de-clutter and simplify your life so that you can live.
